About jili00 – Built for Filipino Players, By People Who Get It

Who We Are

The story behind jili00

If you have ever tried to place a bet on a local PBA game using a platform clearly designed for a different market, you already understand why jili00 exists. Confusing interfaces, payment methods that do not work in the Philippines, customer support that takes days to respond — these are real frustrations that Filipino players deal with more than they should.

jili00 was built to fix that. Our team understood from the start that building for Filipino players means thinking about how people actually live and play here. That means designing for mobile-first users, supporting GCash and Maya the same way a sari-sari store accepts exact change, and making sure the games available are ones the community genuinely cares about — MLBB, PBA basketball, volleyball, MMA, classic bingo, poker, and more.

We are not a global giant that added a Philippine flag to a landing page and called it localisation. Every decision at jili00 — from which payment gateways to integrate, to which sports leagues to cover, to how customer support should speak to players — is made with Filipino users at the centre of the conversation.

That approach has shaped everything from our interface to our responsible gaming policies. We want jili00 to be a platform you come back to because it treats you right, not just because it has the flashiest promotions.

What We Offer

Games and features at jili00

The jili00 platform covers the full range of what Filipino players look for in an online gaming destination. Whether you are a sports fan who lives for PBA season, a casual player who enjoys a quiet bingo session, or a competitive gamer who follows every MPL Philippines bracket — there is something here for you.

Our Commitment

Responsible gaming is not optional at jili00

You will hear a lot of platforms talk about responsible gaming and then bury the tools where nobody can find them. At jili00, we took a different position from the beginning: responsible gaming tools should be as easy to access as the games themselves. If a player wants to set a deposit limit, they should not need to call support and wait 48 hours. They should be able to do it themselves in under a minute.

Every jili00 account comes with access to daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Session time reminders can be set before you start playing. Loss alerts can be configured so you get a notification when you reach a threshold you have defined for yourself. Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — is available directly from account settings without requiring manager approval.

We also train our support team to recognise signs of problem gambling and respond constructively rather than just trying to keep a player active. A player who needs a break should get that break easily, without persuasion or delay. That is a firm position at jili00, and one we do not compromise on for commercial reasons.

Gaming should be an enjoyable part of your leisure time, not a source of financial stress or anxiety. If jili00 ever starts to feel like the latter for you, please use the tools available or visit our Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and support resources.
